Fixed fees

Our indicative fees to settle a sale and purchase of a residential property are:

Sellers – $595 including GST
Buyers – $895 including GST

Our fees include all our internal costs such as postage and petties and also includes verification of identity for our clients at our offices at no additional cost.

Our indicative fees are based on your contract being a standard REIWA “Contract for the Sale of Land or Strata Title by Offer and Acceptance”, you being the named buyer in the contract or the registered proprietor of the sale property, you being located in Australia at the time of settlement, the sale property having an issued title and the purchase price being under $2m.

We will provide competitive quotes for settlements of properties outside of the indicative fee scope, including for the sale and purchase of off-the-plan, commercial and subdivisional/ vacant land.

Third party costs

You should also be prepared to pay third party costs, typically made up of the following:

  • transfer duty

  • EAS enquiry fees

  • search fees

  • Landgate fees

  • your portion of rates and taxes for the property

  • PEXA fee (for electronic settlements)

  • third party settlement attendance fee (for manual settlements)
